About the Company

A disciplined approach to identifying high-growth targets.

Disciplined Growth Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

We currently intend to focus on target businesses in the financial technology, aerospace and defense technology, clean technology and other sectors with disruptive market opportunities, though we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geography.

Our leadership team brings a strong history of guiding private companies through public-market readiness, combined with deep networks across institutions, intermediaries, and operators — enabling access to high-quality, often off-market deal flow.
