Disciplined Growth Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We currently intend to focus on target businesses in the financial technology, aerospace and defense technology, clean technology and other sectors with disruptive market opportunities, though we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geography.
Our leadership team brings a strong history of guiding private companies through public-market readiness, combined with deep networks across institutions, intermediaries, and operators — enabling access to high-quality, often off-market deal flow.

Robert Wotczak
Mr. Wotczak is Founder and CEO of BCMA Group, a boutique capital markets advisory firm. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Prime Executions, Inc. and Freedom US Markets, where he oversaw all U.S. operations and evaluated approximately 40 M&A and strategic partnership opportunities on behalf of Freedom Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: FRHC). He also spearheaded the creation of Freedom Capital Markets in 2022.
Prior to Freedom, Mr. Wotczak founded the Wotczak Group and spent more than a decade in senior roles within the Listings Group at the New York Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange — serving as Head of Equities at AMEX, where he oversaw 600+ listed issuers and was directly involved in over 300 listings including IPOs, uplistings, and SPAC transactions.
Emma Dell'Acqua
Mrs. Dell'Acqua serves as Managing Director of BCMA Group, providing strategic guidance to capital markets advisory clients. She previously served as Chief of Staff at Mistras Group (NYSE: MG), supporting executive leadership on strategic initiatives and operational planning.
Prior to Mistras, she held various roles at Freedom Capital Markets, most recently as VP, Head of Corporate Strategy and Development, where she partnered with Mr. Wotczak to drive U.S. M&A strategy and evaluated over 40 M&A opportunities.
Patricia McCarron
Ms. McCarron has served as Director of Strategy and Operations since inception. Since January 2026, she has served as Director of BCMA Group, where she oversees firm operations, supports client engagement processes, and translates strategic objectives into organized, executable plans across the firm's advisory practice.
Prior to joining BCMA Group, Ms. McCarron served at Deerfield Management, supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm's Private Therapeutics investment team. Previously, she served as Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy & Development at Freedom Capital Markets.

Aaron Spool
